What are the advantages of electric pressure washers over those that operate on gas or propane?

If your not mechanically inclined, go with an electric one. Gas operated are more maintenence intensive, ie tuneups, oil changing, fuel storage, etc.
The gas operated ones, allow you to take them anywhere, while with an electric, your restricted by the extension cord.
